Balancing AI and Humanity in Classrooms

Before you start having anxiety attacks about keeping up with advancements in AI, Take comfort in the fact that 75% of educators believe that technology cannot replace the empathy and social skills needed for learning. This statistic is a wake-up call, and one that is supported by neuroscience.

Good news!  When human brains interact in real-time conversations, they actually synchronize and co-create realities that don’t exist until they happen.  AI might help us make sense of reality, but our “ace in the hole” is the stories we tell, the experiences we share and the questions we ask in the environments that we find safe enough to express who we really are.  School is that ideal environment where this self expression can happen.

🗣️💬 As educators, we’re not just AI information dispensers – so let’s figure out how to use AI to save time and concentrate on what really matters.  How can we become architects of our students’ conversational development?

This is where Teach Different can help.  In our podcast, we model a technique that you can use immediately to start conversations.  Reach out to learn about our conversational development programs for schools.
