Current Projects

Mid-Hudson Social Studies Council Workshop Series

Scheduled for the 2024-2025 school year, this project will convene social studies teachers from the New York area to learn the Teach Different Method and gain access to private conversation coaching.


Building Bridges - Cultivating Civil Discourse in Social Studies Classrooms

Scheduled for the 2024-2025 school year, Teach Different will work with the National Council for the Social Studies to recruit and train 20 social studies educators to learn the Teach Different Method to help fight polarization in the classroom.

Lake County Administrator Academies

In February of 2023 and 2024, We worked through the Lake County Regional Office of Education to provide training to Illinois School leaders in Conversational Development.


National Council for the Social Studies - Conversation Webinar Series

Organized in the heart of the pandemic in 2020-2021, this 3-part workshop series brought together Social Studies teachers from around the country to learn about the latest conversation techniques for civil discourse.
