Young people are navigating increasing anxiety, isolation, and stress. Screens and a lack of open, trusting dialogue have weakened relationships for students and adults alike.

Teachers don’t just educate; they are anchors in communities who create safe spaces where the young and old feel seen, heard, and valued.

Your support directly impacts students in classrooms by training teachers in a transformative classroom discussion technique called The Teach Different Method.

The Conversation Project collaborates with public and private organizations to ensure that our programs remain affordable for schools, educators and families.

In addition to corporate sponsorships, individual donations are eligible for tax deductions and can be tailored to meet YOUR specific giving preferences.

We are currently seeking support for an exciting project with teachers from the Boulder, Aurora and Denver Colorado communities.

What Your Gift Makes Possible

Your gift certifies teachers in the Teach Different Method and brings a workshop into their school department, preparing educators to lead safe, structured conversations that build empathy, reduce division, and strengthen belonging across an entire school community.

Choose Your Impact (Giving Levels)

$5,000 — Adopt a Department (Maximum gift)

Full certification of one teacher plus a workshop for their entire department. All participants receive a year membership in Teach Different’s professional learning community (up to 15).

$2,500 — Fund a Scholarship

Certify a teacher in the Teach Different Method, including a year of professional learning community access.

$500 — Sponsor a Teacher

A full year of professional learning community access for one teacher, and workshop participation.

Any Amount — Pooled Support

Give at any level to help us fund the highest need school populations.

How It Works (At a Glance)

You give—either toward a teacher certificate scholarship or a community conversation sponsorship.
If you fund certification, a teacher completes the Teach Different Certificate Program (tools, practice, and online community included).
If you fund a community conversation, a certified teacher facilitates a safe, structured conversation for students, families, and community members.
The impact multiplies: healthier classrooms, stronger relationships, and more connected communities.
